Refund & Return Policy

30-day refund

If Ripple doesn’t help your legs feel lighter, email us at support@drainaea.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full.

Please include your order number and a few words about how you used Ripple (how often, seated or standing). We’ll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.

This refund applies once per order.

6-month warranty

If your Ripple breaks or stops working within 6 months of delivery, email us at support@drainaea.com with your order number and a short photo or video of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or refund you.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few more days to show it on your statement.

Cancellations

To cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day refund above applies.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
