We want your Ripple to work great, every day. If something goes wrong, we've got you covered.
Who is covered
This warranty covers the original buyer of a Drainaea product bought on drainaea.com and delivered in the United States.
How long it lasts
6 months from the date your order is delivered.
What is covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use. For example: the plate stops working, the motor or display fails, the remote doesn't respond with new batteries, or a part breaks without misuse.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, like scratches or marks on the surface
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse, or not following the user manual
- Use above the 330 lbs max weight
- Commercial use (gyms, studios, clinics)
- Damage from water, power surges, or using a non-110V outlet or adapter
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than Drainaea
- Batteries and items not included in the box
- Products bought from another seller
What we'll do
If your product has a covered defect, email us and we'll take care of you, at no cost to you. Depending on the case, we'll send you a new device or refund what you paid for the product.
A replacement is covered for the rest of your original warranty period.

- Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Add a few photos or a short video showing the issue.
Real people reply within 24 hours. In most cases, you don't need to send anything back. If we do need the product returned, we'll tell you how, and we'll cover the shipping cost.
Your first 30 days
In the first 30 days after delivery, our 30-Day Damage Protection also applies. If your order arrives damaged, broken, not working, wrong, or missing a part, we'll replace it or refund it. See our [Refund Policy] for details.
Legal stuff, in plain words
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to 6 months from delivery. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.
We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limit may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
