You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet.

To cancel, email us at support@drainaea.com with your order number and the subject "Cancel order". We'll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind.
